Volunteers Needed - Point in Time Count

Medicine Hat Community Housing is looking for volunteers to help with the Point-in-Time Count, Wednesday October 19th from 7 to 10pm.

The point-in-time count of our city’s homeless population serves two important functions.

1) It provides a current snapshot of the overall homeless population
2) It enables us to examine how this population changes over time.

Volunteers will work in pairs as enumerators, asking everyone they encounter to complete a short survey.  Training will be provided to volunteers prior to the event.

Please contact Carol clind@mhchs.ca for more information, or would like to register to volunteer.
