The Medicine Hat Community Housing Society will regularly post Capital Improvement Project bidding opportunities for tender here.

Any tenders with an estimated value of $75K or more will only be accessible through the Alberta Purchasing Connection (APC) and a link will be provided accordingly. For more information on the APC please visit their website at http://www.purchasingconnection.ca/

Please note that all vendors must meet the following pre-qualifying requirements in order for selection:

  1. Must be a registered business with a current municipal business license or a Corporate Registry Number
  2. Must have a G.S.T. Number
  3. Provide evidence of WCB Alberta Coverage
  4. Provide evidence of sufficient General Liability Insurance coverage
